wag ka kumain ng white rice at white bread. No sugary drinks, fruits and other food as much as possible. Water lang po iinumin mo. Pwede ka mag oatmeal or brown/red rice pamalit sa white rice. ganyan ginawa ko nung tumaas sugar ko, after 2 weeks nagnormal na ulet.
Iwas sa matatamis. Wag masyado sa carbs.
