Healthy foods po talaga then iwas po kayo sa masyadong matatamis tsaka maalat at oily. Take your OB prescribed vitamins. Mahalaga po yang mga yan. If you can, drink maternal milk na din po. Anmum has different flavors if hindi mo gusto ang lasa ng milk. Read a lot about pregnancy via trusted resources and know kung ano ang dapat mo sundin at yung wag paniwalaan. :) Madami ka maririnig na kesho dapat ganito ganyan, pero always check with your OB and validated resources. :) Congrats po. :)
congrats mie, veggies and fruits must be ur bff. need din nmn Po ng meat and fish Basta Po in moderation, not too oily and not too salty Po. nung 7 weeks Po me folic acid lng Po pinapatake ni ob. nung 2nd trimester tsaka pinalitan ng ibang vitamins. sa apps Po na ito Minsan may mga recomended pong foods per week, sometimes nag gugoogle din Po me as reference.
Sweets talaga mi sobrang bilis maka laki kay baby. Also, magiging prone ka pa to diabetes. Okay lang to eat sweets sometimes lalo if di ka naman diabetic, pero eat in moderation. Tikim tikim ganon pampawala cravings lang. Then eat more veggies and fruits. Tapos 3L of water a day.
avoid sweets, lakas makalaki ng baby. more on veggies at fruits. iwas din sa maaalat at oily foods. more water momsh need nyo ni baby yan. avoid stress. at dapat naiinom mga vitamins.
