Depo shot contraceptive.

Hi mga mumsh! ask ko lang if may posibility na ma buntis ako. My baby is 2 months old now, 5 days before sya mag two months dinatnan na ako and decided to take depo shot. Now the problem is nag do kami ng partner ko (no condom) 3 days after i got my shot, posible po ba akong ma buntis? huhu please enlighten me. #asking #deposhot #respect_post

Hey there, mama! When taken on schedule, your birth control shot is usually pretty effective at preventing pregnancy. Just keep in mind po that it might take some time to kick in, especially after the first dose. Since you had unprotected sex shortly after getting the shot, there’s a tiny chance of pregnancy since it can take about a week to be fully effective. It might be a good idea to take a pregnancy test in a couple of weeks or chat with your doctor for some peace of mind. You’ve got this po! 😊
