Ang in-advice saakin ng endocrinologist ko is to avoid sweets and limit yung rice intake to just 1 cup per meal. Also to exercise at least 30 minutes in a day. Yun naman sa gender ni baby nung mga 1st to 2nd trimester sobrang hilig ko sa maaasim and ayaw na ayaw ko ng sweets. 😅 You can try din yung baking soda gender test, madami tutorial sa YouTube. For me naging accurate results niya. HEHE. Though for fun lang naman. Ang fool proof method para malaman gender ni baby is talagang through ultrasound. 😊
