Hindi kumakain nang rice or lugaw dati yung 5y/o ko ngayon. WHAT I did was, vegetables and fruit based talaga. Mag mash nang fruits or vegetables or minsan sa blender. For his carb nag luluto ako nang pasta na plain, walang sauce tapos e pair na ang veggies or fruits then fresh juice. Steamed fish din kasi soft ang meat or eggs.

If first time po kumaing solid, sanayin muna po si baby ng 1 fruit or veggies at least 1 week with soft rice like lugaw feel and water po. Wag muna sa mga juices para di masanay unless fruit share na puro po

more on water, veggies and fruits, hanggat maari wala po muna sugar at salt
