Hi sis, ftm din ako. Ang bilang ko sa kicks nya every minutes and every hour. Kapag gumagalaw sya, i ttake down notes ko po un oras tapos may stopwatch kung ilan mins or seconds sya active..

Ah ganun po ba , okay po thankyou 😘 unang bilang ko po kasi is bawat sipa nya kaya sbe ko parang ang dami naman ata nun kung puro kicks at galaw ng tyan ko hehehe

Dapat po nakaka 10 kicks sya in 2 hours. Mas okay daw po mag kick count after meal kasi dun sila mas active. Do kick counts 3x a day. Sharing the below pic po for your reference.
