hi mga momshie. ask ko lang po kung matagal po talaga. mag stop yung regla pag cs almost 2weeks na po kasi ako nireregla eh sabi ng ob ko. 2weeks daw mawawala na eh meron pa din po kasi. ganito po ba talaga pag cs? tyka pwde na kaya ako mag laba? 16days palang po ako nanganak. thankyou sa mga makakapansin sakin. have a nice day?

You will have some vaginal bleeding (called lochia) for two to six weeks after the birth. This is normal and natural. This bleeding happens after vaginal or c-section births. For a period of six weeks you are not allowed to lift anything that may be heavier than your baby’s weight.
