na diagnose ako GDM ako nun early 3rd trimester ko. basta bawas lng po sa rice and sweets. as much as possible no to soda din po. i was advised din nun to check my blood sugar once a day either after meals or before meals tpos trinatrack ko.
Green and leafy veggies po. Eat sugar-free foods, instead of white rice u can use brown rice or quinoa rice or cauliflower rice po.
