ako since mhina milk ko ginawa ko every after meal..lumakas din milk ko after 3 banig ko naubos..pro tuloy2 din inum ko khit may milk na..once a day nlng..

After meal sakin, Mega-Malunggay. Once a day lang. ☺️ Pero dapat 2x a day.
