30 weeks on diet

Hi mga momsh. Pinag didiet kasi ako ng ob ko. Paano po ba tamang diet? I mean anong pwde kainin na meals and snacks na low fat.#1stimemom #advicepls #pleasehelp

Oatmeal. Iwas sa carbs like rice, pasta and bread. Iwas din sa sweets. More on leafy vegetables.
