Blender 1 saging lakatan and 3pcs leaf of camote tops(red)

Mga momsh , Im in my 32weeks right now at 1st lab test my hemoglobin is 11.9 but when i take 2nd lab test the result is 9.6, ok kya tong pinapa inum ng mama ko sa akin pinagblend nya ako ng 1pc lakatan na saging ska 3pcs leaf of camote tops .. my kilala kse syang doctor pro di nmn yun doc like OB gyne Any advice please??#1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls #pregnancy #pleasehelp
