Less carbs lang. Ako ginagawa ko hinde na ako nag white rice. Adlai rice pinalit ko. Tapos 1/4 cup lang every meal. No pasta, noodles, tinapay, cakes, juice at kahit ano sweets. More on gulay gulay ung mga madadahon at masabaw na ulam. At more more water.
