Ang alam ko hindi. Mag gargle ka nalang muna lukewarm water with salt. Ginger tea. Kalamansi juice. Pag super kati strepsils. Consult your ob for meds. Ayan ginawa ko nung may covid ako.

bakit po hindi pwede?

mhiie alam ko ndi pwede kase last pa check up ko may nakasabay ako buntis rin at may ubot sipon , ndi daw pwede sa buntis yung oregano .

ask your ob po. better if magconsult muna po. tingin ko hindi pwede eh. may irereseta naman po sa inyo na safe sa buntis.
