kuha ka sa employer mo ng coe/certificate of separation at certification of non advancement of payment. kung di ka makakuha ng requirements fill out ka ng affidavit of undertaking. pasa mo online kasama nung birth certificate ni baby
Nagresign po ba kayo sa work nyo 6 months before delivery? If yes po kuha kayo sa employer nyo ng COE and certification of non cash advancement. Ipasa nyo sa portal ng SSS kasama birth cert ni baby. Ganyan din kasi sakin non
Since it's not clear, mag DL ka po sa site ng SSS ng Affidavit of Undertaking. Tapos punta ka PAO papirmahan mo then tsaka mo submit ulit sa SSS.
Mero lang ata kayo kelangan isubmit na certificate na mangagaling sa dati mo employer. tapos submit mo sa sss.
rejected po kayo. hindi ata kayo nakahulog sa qualification month nyo na 3mos.
Eto po need mo, okay lang ma reject basta wag lang ma denied.
