Mga moms, ask ko lang kung pwede bang watermelon lang kinakain ko for wholeday? Dahil yan lang ang gusto ko. Wala kasi akong ganang kumain ng kanin. I'm 11 weeks pregnant.

Try to eat other healthy foods po. Like vegetables, rice and other kinds of fruits. Mahalaga po yan esp. Nasa 1st tri ka palang. Kailangan niyo po at ng growing baby ang full nutrition this phase of pregnancy.

Walang masyadong nutrients ang watermelon kaya po mejo limit ka muna. Kain ka po ng mga gulay at masusustansyang pagkain and drink lots of water. 😁
