nag start ako uminom Pineapple Juice kahapon 36weeks and 4days.. Bumili ako 1liter and consume for the wholeday.

wala parin po 😂 Pero continues parin pag inom ko Pineapple juice with Fiber.. Wala naman masama kung itry. Madalas naninigas tiyan ko na may kasabay na Braxton hicks pero saglit lang.. Hindi nagtutuloy tuloy
