hi mga mommy, sino po dito nag ka gestational diabetes and pre eclampsia mild im 6mons preggy. any tips po.. okey lng po ba mag brown rice instead of white rice?

yes, better yan but limit rice pa rin. pati tinapay na white avoid mo muna.
