Yakult is a good alternative, especially kung hirap ka maghanap ng prune juice. It has probiotics that can help with digestion, so some toddlers get relief from constipation with it. Pero, hindi siya kasing potent ng prune juice, so kung hindi pa rin bumabalik sa normal ang bowel movement ng anak mo, pwede mong subukan ang iba pang natural remedies o magtanong sa pediatrician. Better safe than sorry! 😊
