Newborn's body temperature

Hello mga mommy! Ask ko lang anong normal temp ng mga newborn? LO is 18 days old and by skin-to-skin, mainit siya. We checked her temp using thermometer and yung temp niya from time to time is nasa 37 °C and up. May isang beses na umabot ng 37.5°C If mataas ang temp, anong remedy for this?
