LACTATION COOKIES

Hi mga mommies. 2nd time mommy ako, 23weeks preggy. 2 mos lang ako nag paBF sa first baby ko and wala kong idea.. Question po, pwede na po kaya ako kumain ng mga lactation cookies. Gusti ko kasi masure na marami na gatas ko for my baby.. And any suggestions po hehe
