TTC with endometriosis

Hi mga mommies! Any tips po for wanna-be mommies like me? 2yrs na kaming trying to conceive ni hubby and wala pa ring nangyayari. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and even had a cyst removed on one of my ovaries last 2018. Sabi naman ng OB pwede pa rin ako magka-baby. Eto na yung mga natry namin so far:1. Had a checkup with OB — nag-oovulate naman daw ako but if I really want to have myself checked daw, need icheck kung may bara yung fallopian tubes which will cost roughly around 40k na di pa namin kaya ngayon 😭2. Taking vitamins and supplements (vit C, E, multivitamins, folic acid)3. Hubby had semen analysis — all good naman dinI have been reading about OPK pero di ko alam kung pano sya gamitin. I want to try this as well soon.Please give us advice po. Medyo nawawalan na po ng pag-asa as we’re not getting any younger din 😔#advicepls #pleasehelp #pregnancy

ako din mommy, may endometriosis plus tinanggal pa isang ovary ko nung 2018 din.. 2019 ngpakasal, ttc for 1 year and half then buntis na now.. myra e at folic acid lng tinake ko for 2 mos..
