Divert lang sa ibang bagay yung attention. Usually if i feel depressed.. nagbabrowse ako.. tapos iwas sa mga negative news.. you can filter naman what lang lalabas sa social media accounts mo.. do something na malilibang ka like play games or read articles. Lalo’t preggy, read more articles about giving birth and taking care of a new born para ready na din paglabas ni baby. Tapos pray everyday. Kahit maya’t maya. Pagnakakaramdam ako ng di ako okay.. pause muna.. pray muna.. ask for wisdom.. ask for guidance. Lahat tayo naapektuhan ng pandemic.. pero always think na nothing is permanent. So matatapos din to lahat. Good thing also if you have someone to talk to. Yung someone na willing to hear you out. I hope you get better soon sissy.
