2nd time Pregnant for Schedule CS

Mga mommies, sino po dito ang 2nd time pregnant at ma CCS ulit? Question lang, kelangan pa rin po ba natin mag exercise? Any suggestions po before giving birth? #advicepls #pleasehelp

Hi momsh, ako po di naman nag-excercise before giving birth. twice din akong CS. Pero lagi ako naglalakad noon.

parang same lang naman po. saka medyo high tolerance ko sa pain. hehe
