Hi mga mommies, scheduled CS ako this coming december 1. Mas nangingibabaw excitement kesa sa kaba. ☺️ Any tips before and after the operation or preparation na need gawin before the operation?

chill ka lang po mommy before operation, i suggest po na magdala na kayo ng own paha/binder yung nabibili sa shopee mas okay, dala din po kayo ng mga breastfeeding essential.
