Nestea Cleanse

Hello mga mommies. Pwede po kaya ang Nestea Cleanse during the 1st trimester? Im currently 8 weeks pregnant and nahihirapan po ako dahil constipated ako. TIA!

no po. umiinom din ako nyan nung di ako buntis, pero nung magbubuntis na ko (alam ko kaso nagstart na kami ni hubby na wag magcontraceptives) pinastop sakin magtake nyan. just eat fruits and veggies na high in fiber. wag sa mga inuming commercially prepared. more water ka lang. and inform your OB din.
