Diet after giving birth
Hello mga mommies, pure breastfeed po ako..umabot po ako ng 84kg bago aq manganak, 5'4 aq..ngaun 74 nlng but still malayo pa rin po sa weight ko before na 58kg..1month and 3weeks npo c baby..nagiisip po aq magdiet pero cnsbhan po aq na bawal daw dhl papayat daw po c baby? Any advice po sana pano po aq makakapagbawas ng timbang na hnd maaapektuhan ang milk supply ko po..salamat po


less rice, more ulam and drink water before and after eating. if you feel hungry, drink water and if still hungry but not bfast,lunch or dinner, eat small amounts, avoid carbs or rice. Eat dishes with soup and veggies that can boost milk ie. malunggay. also, take exercises, homechores and some non strenous workouts that involves baby ie. baby lifting. It works with me.
