Hello! It can be a blister. Soaking it in hot water with epsom salt can help. Also, express milk properly through hand express or pumping. Check your baby's latch as well if correct position. If you experience fever or tenderness in the area, have it checked already, it may lead to mastitis if not treated well.
Ganyan din sakin noon mommy, wala ako pinahid na kahit ano. Tiis ganda lang ako mommy, kasi EBF ako noon. Kalaunan din nawala naman, as in kusang nawala. Siguro almost 1week din yon.
