Nausea and vomiting

Mga mommies, meron bang way pra masolve ung pagkahilo at pagsusuka :( ive been in bed rest the whole day because of nausea and madalas din ako bumalik sa cr pra mag vomit. May gamot po ba or natural remedy para diti? 1st time mom here.
