Placenta: Covering the OS

Hello mga mommies last Saturday nagpa ultrasound ako and I'm 20 weeks and 1 day pregnant na. Then I found out that yong placenta ko low laying pala so nasa unahan yong placenta ko sa cervix ko si baby nasa likod na. May chance pa po ba na mapunta sa likod yong placenta ko? May possibilities po ba na ma CS ako if ever nasa unahan pa rin siya?
