What exercise suit me?

Hi mga mommies i'm currently 37 weeks and 1 day. Masama po ba mag exercise ng squat? Napaaga bo ba ako kasi may nagsasabi na mag squat kalang pag mag labor kana? Is it true po ba? #First_Baby
