nagkaron ako ng preterm contractions ng week 33 ko. Naninigas na tiyan, masakit na puson. Then pinapunta ako sa hosp for NST, BPS(it’s like ultrasound), cbc, urinalysis. Then was prescribed to take Nifedipine. Pinatake sakin un nifedipine hanggang week 37. Tapos bed rest ako ng few days. Hindi siya nawala but nabawasan un intensity nun discomfort and frequency nun contractions ko. Pag tingin mo may hindi normal, ask your OB agad. Better if mag pa-Non-Stress Test ka din, para malaman mo if okay si baby. Then lots of water intake ka, hope this helps.
