Nung nabuntis ako, yes mahirap makatulog lalo na ang daming tumatakbo sa isip ko. Worries etc. About my baby, labor & delivery, etc. Wala akong work so nasa bahay lang tlaga ako nun. Yung pag iyak, normal din kasi due to hormones. Pray ka lang mii. kausapin mo si hubby or close friend or family or your OB raise your concerns/worries.

Kaya mo yan mii. Just be prepared - mentally & emotionally. Esp pagkaanak mo. Pero most importantly, enjoy your pregnancy journey.
