is it okay to have a slight fever when pregnant?

Hi mga mommies & future mommies, im a first time mom 8 weeks & 4 days of my pregnancy, pag sumasakit ang ulo ko nagkakasinat ako which is mawawala din naman after few hours pero 3x na nangyari sakin to, nag pa check up ako ok naman si baby. Normal lang po ba yun or may nakakaranas din ng ganito?

same nung 8weeks exact ako nilagnat ako ng 3days 38.9 yung temp ko suggest lang ni ob saken biogesic every 4hours and antibiotics kasi uti pala nagcause ng fever ko. im currently 10weeks na and okay na okay naman si baby.
