C-Section Advise Please

Hi mga mommies, first time mom here. I gave birth po via CSection last Dec 24. Iask ko lang po, until now kasi since lumbas kami ng hospital ni baby sobrang sakit pa rin po nung sugat ko and hirap maglakad, humiga, tumayo at huminga. Nililinis naman po ng asawa ko ung sugat ko everyday. Ganito po ba talaga kasakit? Any recommendations po para maibsan ung pain. I need ur advise po. Salamat #advicepls #1stimemom
