di naman sobrang bawal. wag lang ugaliin na inumin like on a regular basis kasi baka tumaas naman ang sugar mo nun. and kung gusto mo talaga ng fruit juice, yung natural na or kain ka na lang mismo ng prutas 😁 wala pa preservatives.

Mataas po ang sugar content. Better if natural fruits po na isheshake or gagawing juice. If di maiwasan, in moderation lang po.
