Months lf pregnancy

Hi mga mommas, just curious. I'm currently on my 15th week, pero people ask me if ilang months yun. sagot ko is 4 months. tama ba sya? kasi i thought naman if ganun 9 months x 4 wks. is only 36 wks.. but then fully developed lang babies natin 37wks and up.. sorry just curious ?
