Mommy, please take care of yourself para maalagaan mo rin si baby ☺️ Yung pagkain nyo ng marami, dapat para sa inyo yun in a way that you burn a lot of calories for producing breastmilk for your baby ☺️ The good thing about breastmilk is that it's healthy and nutritious regardless kung ano ang kainin, o hindi kainin, ng nanay ☺️ Of course in special cases, your diet may affect your breastfeeding baby (like allergies, etc.) but in general, it's totally healthy. So don't worry too much about your baby being unhealthy if hindi ka kumain ng madami. Just keep yourself well-hydrated, and worry about your own health *hugs!* 🤗 If you're really worried about it, then better consult your doctor ☺️

less mo lang carbs. malakas makataba ang white rice. I am breastfeeding but I made sure din na hindi sosobra sa pagkain at iwas ako sa carbs talaga para hindi bumigat. i watch my weight po talaga para hindi po mahirap magpapayat. di rin po kasi ako comfortable na mataba naiiyak po ako talaga kasi pag di ko masuot mga damit ko.
