hi mga mii.. okay lang uminom ng apple cider with honey na ilagay sa water ang breast freeding?? di ba masama yon?

notbrecomended sana dahil may alcohol ang apple cider (small amount) if di nyo po alam. sumasama yung alcohol sa breastmilk.
