Im not an expert. But i have an idea. Labor & delivery nurse here. 🙂 we have the same case posterior & grade 2 placenta (also at third tri) This looks okay po. As long as hindi nakaharang yung placenta sa cervix mo, then no problem. Grade is parang kung gaano katanda ang placenta mo. The higher the grade, mas nagccalcify. Grade 2 in the third trimester is normal po. Posterior- nasa likod ang placenta, so mas feel mo si baby. Most likely, you will feel the movements more din sa tummy. If anterior, parang may cushion kasi sa harap. Case to case. Anterior and posterior both happens.
