Miscarriage or not?

Hello mga mi, last October 17 I visited my OB because i was bleeding 3 days na at first akala ko spotting lang and then ang findings is walang heartbeat si baby at 7 weeks and 3 days. Then after sabi niya balik ako after 2 weeks if ever walang mahulog to have follow up check up baka nagkamali lng daw sya na baka may heartbeat na si baby sa susunod. And as of now, nag stop na ang dugo ko kahapon lang and hindi ko alam kung ano ba talaga to, false lng ba or hindi pa talaga mahuhulog si baby? 🥺 Ps: I'm not a first time mom, this is my second miscarriage if ever mangyari man, the first was last June 2022 lang. #advicepls #pleasehelp
