Pag nagutom crackers lang kainin and water, pwde din oatmeal. Lessen sugar and carbs like rice. More meat nalang or fish. Matamis din fruits kaya in moderation lang.

Oh nooo, crackers are not a healthy substitution mi. Mas maganda pa kumain ka ng rice kesa crackers.
