Singaw sa dila

Hello mga mi ask ko po kung singaw po ba itong nakita ko sa dila ni baby? And ano po kayang pwedeng igamot po please help

I know this is worrisome, Mommy. If that is singaw the best thing to do is to let your little one eat cold popsicles or ice that can be licked to help ease the burn.
