i have pcos po, recommend po ni ob samin make love early in the morning not in the night then take gluta twice a day last the position is like a dogstyle and sideview. the after higa ka lang patagilid daw for 3-5mins bago mag ihi. Sana makatulong I'm 2months preggy now.🥰🥰
