Sardines is it safe

Hello mga mamsh,mejo nag worry lang ako kase during first trimester ko lagi ako nag uulam ng sardinas from can ,is it true na may epekto ito sa health ni baby ,,sino po dito kumkain ng sardinas during pergnancy lalo na first trimester ok lang po ba baby nyo...
