Start ka ng 37weeks ng walking,squats at light stretching. Saken kasi hnd mababa tiyan ko pero ung ulo ni baby nafeel ko noon na mababa na around 36weeks kaya nanganak ako ng 37weeks and 2days. Saka need mo ng approval from your ob if pwd ka ba mag exercise or not.
