feeding the malunggay is better. don't give them extracts or any other supplements taht are not given a green light by your pedia. as much as possible do not give any herbal supplements, hindi po ninyo alam kung paano ung naging process na ginawa to produce the supplement. it's better to be safe than sorry. if your LO is underweight or you are concerned with his/her weight see a pedia. :)
