fast pulse rate and headache

Hi mga mamsh, sino nakaranas fast pulse rate and yung headache na parang hangover. My pulse rate is 100, 130/90 bp, 3 days headache. Magpapacheck up naman ako tom sa OB sabi nya kasi not normal. Gusto ko lang malaman sino nakaranas and anong ginawa. Btw im 20w4d preggy. Thanks ?

mabilis lng pulse rate ko pero di namn mataas bp ko, 25 weeks preggy here. madali rin akong mahilo. advise ni OB to monitor bp every morning, pero pinaka taas is 120/80

may lab test for tsh, lipid panel at 75g OGTT
