Home remedy for High blood pressure in pregnancy?

Hi mga mamsh, ask ko lang sa mga naging HB while pregnant anong mga home remedies yung natry nyo na naging effective to lower blood pressure bukod sa medication (prescribed medicine ko is Methyldopa Aldomet 250mg 1 tablet twice a day).
