Switch to foods low in sugar. Instead of white, brown rice na lang po, wheat bread, wheat biscuits and avoid eating sweets. Sakin po kasi ni-refer po ako sa dietician. At breakfast and dinner, half rice lang. While sa lunch, 1 cup. Then meat, fruits and veggies.
