insulin po..pacheck up po kayo sa doctor para safe po..half rice, more on protien..no bread..wag ka kumain ng kahit anong saging..mangga.basta fruits na matatamis..diabetic ako while preggy nun and until now😁

mommy stay away ka muna sa carbs at sugars... eat in moderation... ako din pag preggy lagi tumataas blood sugar, keep eating pero eat healthy eat every 2hrs para di natatambak sa 3 big meals a day

Ako ginawa ko half rice lang every meal and more on masabaw. Iwas ako sa fried foods
